To reserve a room at Hyatt, you must follow the link below. You may initially see $194 / night upon booking your stay, however, AFMA will be covering $20 off each night for all attendees to allow for everyone to receive the best experience possible, and attend all conference events.

*** The conference and Wednesday classes are open to AFMA members only. If you would like to attend but are not a member, please click Join AFMA on the home page. Once you are a member you will be able to register for the conference.
*** The Wednesday courses are free and not part of the $350 conference fee.
*** New to the Conference this year is the Training Track. For more information and details, please see the Conference Program. The Training Track Workshops are NOT a part of the free courses on Wednesday. Additional fees are required for these training tracks.
*** Please be aware that even though only the Training Tracks and Thursday portion of the conference is listed as having a fee, the registration fee applies to both Thursday and Friday. Unlike the Wednesday courses, Friday is not free. To attend the Friday portion of the conference, you must pay the $350 conference fee.
